Andover Properties recently acquired a 23,500-square-foot self storage facility in Fayetteville, NC. The former A-1 Lakeview Safe Storage will be rebranded under Andover’s Storage King USA brand. This property offers 132 drive up and climate controlled storage units with visibility and access from King Road situated on 9 acres of land with ample customer parking available.
Brian Cohen, President and CEO of Andover commented “This new facility is a complement to our existing storage units already in the area; we are confident that our institutional management practices will ensure it receives the attention it deserves.” With this acquisition, the Storage King USA portfolio now totals 155 facilities across 18 states primarily located in Sunbelt regions including 14 facilities throughout North Carolina such as Raleigh, Nags Head, Winnabow Kitty Hawk Hope Mills Calabash and Apex.
