Dominium plans to construct The Sage at Franklin Park, a 298-unit rental community in Southeast Austin. This development will be situated on Pleasant Valley Road, adjacent to two other Dominium-owned apartment communities: Franklin Park and Woodway Village. The undeveloped 22.1-acre property is located at 4605 S Pleasant Valley Road.
The project will consist of ten apartment buildings, a clubhouse with a pool, open space areas, rain gardens and a playground. In order to fund the construction of this complex, Dominium has applied for a $50 million bond from the Austin Housing Finance Corporation.
