EagleBridge Capital successfully secured a $9.2 million mortgage refinancing for 33 Locke Dr., a multi-tenant office and research & development building in Marlborough, MA. The principal of EagleBridge, Ted M. Sidel, arranged the refinance with a leading regional financial institution.

EagleBridge Capital has successfully arranged a $9.2 million mortgage refinancing deal for an impressive multi-tenant office/R&D building located at 33 Locke Dr in Marlborough Massachusetts.
