The property was marketed by the Griffith Pepdjonovic Group of Evan Griffith and Tony Pepdjonovic, with assistance from associate Brett Kilar on behalf of the seller – a private company. They were also able to secure a buyer for the property.
According to Kilar, there was strong interest in this asset right from the start of its marketing period. With seven competitive offers received for the property, they were able to close with a local private investor at almost asking price.
Kilar added that multi-tenant retail strips have been gaining more attention in recent years – especially those with service-oriented tenants like this one. The location has proven successful over time and they are excited to see how the new owner will take it even further.
