Hoffman & Associates has recently announced the addition of two new retailers to the West Falls neighborhood in Falls Church: Dok Khao Thai Eatery and a Chase Bank branch. These new developments will be completed later this year, with West Falls spanning nearly 10 acres and featuring 1.2 million square feet of development at full capacity.
Chase Bank is continuing its expansion into the Greater Washington area, with plans to open over 500 new branches in the next three years. This includes 30 branches in D.C., as well as a total of 190 across Maryland, Virginia, and D.C.
Dok Khao Thai Eatery will be located at 180 West Falls Station Boulevard and is expected to open by August of this year. The Chase Bank location will follow suit in April at their address on118 West Falls Station Boulevard. “We are thrilled to welcome both Dok Khao and Chase Bank to our growing retail lineup here at West Falls,” said Maria Thompson, President of Hoffman & Associates.
