Walker & Dunlop, Inc. has expanded its Hospitality Investment Sales platform with the addition of Jonathan (Jay) Morrow as senior managing director. Based in New York, Morrow will lead Walker & Dunlop’s hospitality practice and be responsible for the origination and execution of hospitality investment sales and capital placement nationwide.

Before joining Walker & Dunlop, Morrow spent over 15 years at Hodges Ward Elliott where he led the firm’s New York City hotel team and completed more than $20 billion in lodging transactions.

Seregh , a recently launched sports and entertainment real estate development company backed by HBSE (Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment)and Creative Artists Agency (CAA), has named Ric Clark to its Board of Directors and Investment Committee. Clark is the former Chairman and CEO of Brookfield Property Group.

Mitchell Schear , a board member who previously ran two influential real estate companies in Washington D.C., will also join Seregh’s Investment Committee.

The Center for Active Design has appointed Jessica Long as Senior Vice President of Environmental Stewardship at Nareit to its Board of Directors. Rachel MacCleery , Co-Executive Director at Urban Land Institute’s Randall Lewis Center for Sustainability in Real Estate, was also appointed to the board bringing expertise on ESG sustainability issues related to public health.

ISS North America announced two new additions to their leadership team: Tim Dismond as COO and Marjorie McCarthy as CMO. Both bring extensive experience building customer-centric businesses within commercial real estate space with proven track records for client retention growth.
