Avison Young is currently offering a state-of-the-art food production facility at 900 W. Cermak Road in Chicago, Illinois. This four-unit property has been recently renovated by Foxtrot and is now available for use as a commissary kitchen.

According to Kohn: “The industrial market in Chicago has seen strong demand from tenants in the food production and distribution sector over recent years.” He further added that these companies are constantly searching for modern kitchen spaces that are conveniently located with flexible options.
Earlier this year Outfox Hospitality – the parent company of upscale convenience store chain Foxtrot and small-format grocer Dom’s Kitchen & Market – filed for bankruptcy resulting in sudden closures across multiple locations nationwide.
