Empire Group and Diversified Partners have joined forces to develop a new retail center at the intersection of Cave Creek Road and Carefree Highway. The project, known as Carefree Quarter, will span over 23 acres and is being spearheaded by Empire Group. To assist with leasing efforts, Empire has enlisted the help of Diversified Partners LLC.
Carefree Quarter will offer more than 100,000 square feet of retail space. In order to cater to daily needs, Diversified is seeking tenants such as grocery stores, soft goods retailers, fitness centers,and both fast-casual and sit-down restaurants.
Construction for this project is expected to begin in early 2025. Empire Group has owned the site since 2017.
