Wood Partners Expanding Nashville Portfolio

Wood Partners Expanding Nashville Portfolio

Wood Partners has its sights set on a 350-unit apartment complex located at 361 Herron Drive, just steps away from Geodis Park. The five-story building will feature a six-level parking garage and a central pool courtyard.

The development is planned for an approximately 4.09-acre plot of land near Tech Hill Commons, which Wood Partners does not currently own. The site is currently occupied by an automotive parts shop but will be transformed into luxury apartments with over 6,000 square feet of amenity space across from Matryoshka Coffee. Units in the building will range in size from cozy studios at 525 square feet to spacious two-bedroom units at 1,055 square feet.

In the past two years alone, Wood Partners has successfully completed nine new communities in the Nashville area totaling nearly3 ,000 units either under construction or already leased out to tenants. These include Alta Union in the Nations neighborhood, Alta Foundry near downtown Nashville, Alta Depot in Smyrna,Smyrna’s Metrocenter district’s Alta Riverwalk community and Antioch’s upscale residential enclave known as Alta Farms at Cane Ridge.

This latest project would add another impressive property to Wood Partner’s growing portfolio of developments throughout Nashville.
