Blue Owl Capital, a global alternative asset manager, has expanded its lease at the Seagram Building by 70,076 square feet to include four additional floors. This brings their total occupancy in the building to 238,673 square feet and brings the building’s occupancy rate close to 100%.
According to AJ Camhi, EVP and director of leasing at RFR Realty (the owner of Seagram Building), it has been a pleasure working with Blue Owl over the past two years as they continue to grow and acquire other companies. He also notes that Blue Owl shares their appreciation for the history of this iconic building and their commitment to providing top-notch service.
Blue Owl first signed on at Seagram in 2022 with a lease for 137,600 square feet. In 2023 they added an additional 31,597 square feet before expanding again with these latest four floors. Mark Weiss from Cushman & Wakefield represented Blue Owl while RFR Realty was represented by Camhi and SVP Paul Milunec internally.
