Dallas’ Cabana Hotel, a historic property built by Jay Sarno in 1963 for $6 million and once home to Led Zeppelin and the Beatles, has hit the market. Centurion American Development Group attempted to refurbish it starting in 2017 but ran into permitting challenges, historic preservation issues and Covid-related delays. After demolishing the interiors and spending an estimated $100 million on renovations they stopped work in 2019. Now Bogel Real Estate is marketing this ten story building with 268 rooms located at 899 North Stemmons Freeway along the southeastern edge of Dallas’ Design District totaling more than 3 acres.
