The transaction was led by Berkadia’s Managing Directors Cody Tremper, Dave Fasano, Ross Sanders,and Mike Garbers from their Seniors Housing & Healthcare division on behalf of S-K Fishers LLC – a company managed by principals from SRC LLC. After careful consideration of various buyers’ proposals regarding pricing and deal structure,the seller ultimately chose Traditions Management as the new owner. They will also continue to manage the community going forward.
