Construction has begun on Legacy at University Place, a new apartment community in Washington developed by Legacy Partners and Silverpeak Real Estate Partners. The project, which will consist of 240 residences, is being funded by a $39.8 million construction loan from PNC.
Berkadia JV Equity & Structured Capital, led by Chinmay Bhatt, Noam Franklin and Cody Kirkpatrick, is serving as the exclusive equity advisor for the project while Ed Kim is acting as the exclusive debt advisor.
