"Leasing Appointment with Jones and Main Lands Partners"

Partners Real Estate has been selected by Wideman Co. to handle the leasing for Jones on Main, a premier office campus located in downtown Houston spanning 886,000 square feet. Leading this effort will be Partners’ Vince Strake and Lesley Rice as they work to secure tenants for this Class A property.

Wideman acquired Jones on Main from Lionstone Investments in May, with CBRE previously managing the leasing process.

According to Commercial Edge reports, construction of the property took place between 1915 and 1951 with various cosmetic updates occurring in 1987, 2002 and most recently in 2017. The complex consists of four interconnected buildings ranging from ten to thirty-seven stories tall.

At its completion in 1963, the thirty-seven story building was considered Houston’s tallest skyscraper until it was surpassed by Exxon Building’s opening that same year. In addition to its impressive height record at one time, Jones on Main also boasts nearly twenty thousand square feet of retail space along with amenities such as twenty-four passenger elevators and a rooftop terrace complete with cocktail lounge area. Plans are currently underway for further enhancements including an upscale restaurant addition alongside improvements made throughout office spaces within the complex as well as new spec suites being created.

Partners Real Estate has secured an exclusive partnership with Wideman Co., entrusting them with handling all leasing activity at their prestigious downtown Houston location – Jones on Main – which spans over an impressive total area of almost nine hundred thousand square feet! Spearheading this exciting venture is none other than Partners’ very own Vince Strake & Lesley Rice who have been hand-picked due their extensive experience within real estate management & development circles!

The acquisition itself took place back during May when Wideman purchased said asset directly from Lionstone Investments; prior arrangements had seen CBRE take charge but now things are set up differently thanks largely down towards how successful things have gone so far! Commercial Edge reports that the property has been in development since as far back as 1915, with various cosmetic renovations having taken place throughout the years – most recently in 2017. The complex itself is made up of four interconnected buildings which range from ten to thirty-seven stories tall; each one offering a unique perspective on what it means to be part of such an iconic location!

As if all this wasn’t enough already, Jones on Main also boasts almost twenty thousand square feet worth of retail space alongside other amenities such as twenty-four passenger elevators and even its very own rooftop terrace complete with cocktail lounge area! But wait…there’s more! Plans are currently underway for further enhancements including an upscale restaurant addition alongside improvements made throughout office spaces within the complex & new spec suites being created – exciting times ahead indeed!
