CBRE recently arranged a 21,377-square-foot full-floor lease for Syracuse University (SU) at 5250 Lankershim Blvd. in North Hollywood. Marty Barkan represented SU during the negotiations while Patrick Church and Anneke Greco of JLL represented the landlord, DivcoWest.
In fall 2023, Syracuse will occupy the fourth floor of this 179,346-square foot office building to house their growing SU in LA semester programs. According to Barkan: “Syracuse University carefully considered multiple locations across Los Angeles that could best serve its creative community before selecting this property due to its location within the dynamic NoHo Arts District which provides students with unique career opportunities and cultural amenities for an immersive experience.”
