PCCP has recently acquired a 13-acre plot of land in Pearland, TX for the development of Skymor at Pearland, a high-end gated townhome community. The project will be managed by Integrity Community Builders and construction is set to begin immediately on the finished lots. The first homes are expected to be completed by February 2025.
Skymor at Pearland will offer a total of 109 units, including 58 four-bedroom end units (1,938 square feet), 29 larger three-bedroom units with lofts (1,866 square feet), and 22 three-bedroom units without lofts (1,763 square feet). Each unit will come equipped with a two-car garage and driveway. Inside features include stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, vinyl plank wood flooring in common areas and stairs with carpeted bedrooms. Other amenities within the community include multiple greenspaces,gazebos,a decomposed granite trailway/paseo,a playground,and dog park.
