Torrington Properties recently finalized new, long-term leases with VividCloud and Usource at 100 Domain Drive in Exeter, NH. The two companies will occupy a combined total of 7,600 square feet, with VividCloud taking up 4,100 square feet and Usource filling the remaining 3,500 square feet. As part of the agreements made between Torrington and the tenants, construction was managed by Torrington to ensure that each space met their specific needs.

The negotiations were facilitated by Newmark’s executive managing director Tyler McGrail and associate director Eric Jeremiah on behalf of Torrington. CBRE’s Corey Paquette represented USource in their lease agreement.
VividCloud is a software engineering company specializing in cloud computing and internet-of-things technology for industries such as finance healthcare insurance technology sectors. This will be their first location in New Hampshire as they are currently based out Brunswick ME. Meanwhile,Usource is relocating from its current office located in Hampton NH.
