Inland Real Estate Acquisitions successfully completed the purchase of two high-end senior living communities in the Twin Cities metropolitan statistical area. The transaction was led by Matthew Tice, senior vice president of Inland Acquisitions, with support from David Neboyskey, VP and associate counsel at The Inland Real Estate Group’s Law Department.
According to Tice, the strong fundamentals of the Twin Cities metro area make it an ideal location for senior living developments. Both properties – Kingsley Shores Independent Senior Living in Lakeville and Savage Senior Living at Fen Pointe in Savage – offer a vibrant community for seniors.
Kingsley Shores is situated at 16880 Klamath Trail and features 156 units spread across three floors. These include independent living, assisted living, assisted living plus and memory care units. Meanwhile, Savage Senior Living is located at 5950 W.130th Lane with a total of 122 units across four floors offering a mix of independent living options as well as assisted living plus and memory care services.
