The completed project will feature a state-of-the-art climate-controlled self-storage facility, as well as a one-story Little Sunshine Playhouse & Playschool Facility and drive-thru-only Scooter’s Coffee. The self-storage facility will cover 120,300 square feet with three stories, offering 882 units managed by CubeSmart.
Located on 75th Street in Naperville, the development is strategically designed to meet the growing demand for storage solutions in the area. Currently, there is only an average of 6.07 square feet of storage per person available in Naperville with an equilibrium utilization rate of 8.44 square feet.
