"Upper Marlboro's 40 Acres Acquired by Walton Global"

Walton Global, a company specializing in real estate investment and land asset management, has recently acquired Marshall Landing – a 40-acre parcel located in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.

This acquisition is part of Walton Global’s Builder Land Financing program which aims to provide builders and developers with strategically located land for their long-term inventory needs.

According to Paul Bae, Vice President of Portfolio Management at Walton Global: “Marshall Landing is not just about building homes; it’s also about creating a community that combines convenience with modern living.”

Situated next to U.S. Route 31, Marshall Landing offers 20 lots for single-family homes and is expected to welcome its first residents by spring of 2025. Its prime location makes it easily accessible from Annapolis (less than 20 miles away), downtown Washington D.C. (24 miles away), and downtown Baltimore (35 miles away). This new addition joins other properties owned by Walton Global in Prince George’s County such as Westphalia Town Center and Kenwood Village.

The post on Connect CRE announces the recent acquisition made by Walton Global – acquiring a total area of forty acres situated in Upper Marlboro.
