Berkadia has added senior managing directors Kevin Mignogna and Charlie Haggard to its roster. The team will report to SVP – co-head of mortgage banking and production operations Cole Schutjer.
Schutjer expressed his excitement at the addition of Mignogna and Haggard, saying “With over 50 years of combined industry experience, I’m thrilled they have joined Berkadia as co-office leaders in our Orange County and San Diego mortgage banking offices. Their presence on the West Coast will be pivotal for Berkadia’s growth as we provide clients with the best debt and equity solutions available.”
Mignogna & Haggard come from Newmark where they held titles such as vice chairman – debt & structured finance, multifamily capital markets; providing their clients with more than $15 billion in multifamily debt & equity financing while receiving numerous industry accolades along the way. Both also served terms on Freddie Mac’s Advisory Council.
