"Blue Vista Invests $50M in 2 Warehouses in Lewisville"

Blue Vista Capital recently made a significant investment of $49.5 million in the purchase of two new industrial buildings located in Lewisville, a city northwest of Denver.

According to the Denver Business Journal, these buildings were sold by PCCP and United Properties for prices totaling $23.7 million and $25.8 million respectively. The properties are collectively known as The Bolder Innovation Campus and have a combined area of 198,720 square feet. Building 1 covers an area of 100,080 square feet while Building 2 spans over an area of 98,640 square feet.

The Bolder Innovation Center is situated near the Colorado Technology Center which is considered to be Boulder County’s third-largest business park. This campus was developed back in 2023 and currently has long-term tenants occupying its premises.

Spread across an expansive land parcel measuring at approximately19 acres,the campus enjoys close proximity to Highway287and U.S36making it easily accessible from major transportation routes.
