Currently undergoing demolition of existing single-family homes on the site, this $16.4 million construction endeavor is expected to be finished by early 2026.
HearthSide Riverdale can be found at 6795 Powers Street and consists of a single-building community featuring 70 one- and two-bedroom apartment homes. Of these units, twelve are available at market rate while the remaining fifty-eight are designated as affordable housing for senior residents earning less than sixty percent of the area’s median income. This gated complex boasts amenities such as a community room, laundry room, fitness center,and pet-friendly features like garden beds for furry friends to enjoy.The additionofa700-square foot bistro provides both dining options for residents and hospitality services to those living in surrounding areas.
