"Small Business Owner Purchases 80,000-Square-Foot Warehouse in Aberdeen"

A local entrepreneur recently purchased a large industrial/warehouse property located at 1354 Old Post Road in the Aberdeen section of Harford County, Maryland. The property, which spans 80,000 square feet and was sold for $7.96 million by Shaw Real Estate, LLC.

The buyer was represented by Allan Riorda and Ned Brady from Lee & Associates | Maryland – a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm based in Columbia. On the other hand, CBRE’s Bill Pellington and Justin Mohler represented the seller during this transaction.

Originally built in 1950, this warehouse boasts impressive features such as 21-foot ceiling heights and multiple dock doors including three drive-in doors at ground level. It is conveniently located near Pulaski Highway with easy access to Interstate 95 just four miles away. Additionally, it is less than an hour from both Wilmington and Philadelphia as well as being within close proximity to Port of Baltimore and BWI Airport.

According to Allan Riorda of Lee & Associates: “Industrial properties of this size are highly sought after making them difficult to come by; therefore our client acted quickly on securing this asset.”
