LandPark Advisors recently acquired a 16-story office tower and has announced the signing of a prominent tenant. According to the Houston Business Journal, LandPark was chosen by Porter Law Firm to assist in finding their new office space after they decided to relocate from their previous location at 2221 S. Voss St.
Since purchasing the building, LandPark Advisors has successfully secured several new tenants for 2603 Augusta, including Porter Law Firm. Other notable tenants include Johnston LLC (an architecture firm), Horizon Wealth Advisors, Hampton & King (a law firm), and TXU Energy.
The Class A office space at 2603 Augusta spans over 244,804 square feet and offers various amenities such as a fitness center, tenant break lounge with bourbon lockers, and a conference center. The building also features newly renovated bathrooms and upgraded infrastructure along with an adjacent parking garage. In addition to these upgrades, LandPark plans on adding even more amenities like a pickleball court and golf simulator for its tenants’ enjoyment.
