ArentFox Schiff, a national law firm, will be moving its Washington D.C. headquarters to Midtown Center, Carr Properties’ prestigious office building in downtown. The firm has signed a long-term lease for approximately 120,000 square feet of space on three full floors in the East Tower.
Savills representatives Arthur Greenberg, Thomas Fulcher and Adam Brecher assisted ArentFox Schiff with the relocation process while Kaitlyn Rausse from Carr Properties represented the landlord during negotiations. This lease is just one example of recent leasing activity at Midtown Center which also includes Fannie Mae’s new 340,000-square-foot long-term lease and WeWork’s restructuring earlier this year.
Midtown Center was completed by Carr Properties in 2017 and boasts two towers connected by three pedestrian bridges spanning over 100 feet above the plaza below. Designed by SHoP Architects , this landmark property offers various amenities such as a fitness center with yoga room and a bike room covering an impressive area of 1,300 square feet.
