Hillwood is proud to announce the launch of Alliance Westport 24, a state-of-the-art industrial building spanning over 1.1 million square feet. This Class A facility offers direct access to the BNSF Railway Alliance Intermodal Facility, one of the largest intermodal hubs in the country. Construction for Alliance Westport 24 will begin in October 2024 and is expected to be completed by Q4 of 2025.
As part of Hillwood’s renowned development portfolio, which includes the highly successful master-planned community AllianceTexas spanning over 27,000 acres, this new project sets a new standard for industrial buildings in DFW.
Alliance Westport 24 boasts an impressive design by RGA Architects and civil engineering by Westwood. It also features additional land that allows for up to four on-site truck courts and a maximum capacity of up to704 trailer parking spaces – making it one of the most sought-after facilities in its market.
To further enhance accessibility and efficiency at this location, roadway infrastructure improvements are currently underway with plans for future Mobility Way connections. The project will be constructed under Hillwood Construction Services’ expert guidance as general contractor.
