Realty Link has announced plans to construct a new Marriott Studio Res hotel and Main Event entertainment center adjacent to the recently opened Top Golf in Greensboro.
According to the Triad Business Journal, Topgolf’s newly built $10.5 million facility spans 50,000 square feet on a 30-acre plot of land at 609 Guilford College Road near Bridford Road.
The proposed four-story Marriott StudioRes hotel will be located at 605 Guilford College and feature 124 rooms along with parking for up to 136 vehicles. The project is being developed by Rosemont Holdings and marks the launch of Marriott’s midscale extended-stay brand in this area set for completion in2023.
Meanwhile, Main Event – an all-in-one dining and entertainment destination – will occupy a one-story building spanning approximately48,800 square feet at515 Guilford College Road. This location will also offer ample parking with room for up to294 vehicles. Additionally,a convenience store is planned as part of this development site.
