The heart of the Twin Cities is now home to a new DICK’S store, located at Rosedale Center. The shopping center, spanning 1,142,972 square feet and centrally located between Minneapolis and St. Paul, recently completed construction on an 80,000-square-foot DICK’S location. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held next week to celebrate the store’s grand opening.
JLL Executive Vice President of National Retail Leasing Holly Rome and JLL Vice President of National Retail Leasing Lane Walsh played key roles in securing the lease with DICK’s at Rosedale Center. This new store offers state-of-the-art features such as golf-hitting bays equipped with TrackMan technology and a HitTrax multisport cage. Customers can also find House of Cleats for all their equipment needs as well as an expanded selection of premium footwear and apparel from top brands.
Poag Development Group served as JLL’s retail development partner for this project which was built on land previously occupied by Herberger’s department store. With over 150 retailers featured at Rosedale Center including this cutting-edge DICK’S location managed by Poag Development Group during construction management , it continues to be a premier shopping destination in Minnesota.
