Named District NoHo, this 12-acre project will feature affordable housing units along with retail spaces, offices, and open areas. With over 1,400 apartments planned for construction in multiple phases by TCC and High Street Residential teaming up with LA Metro on this venture.

The first phase of construction includes building 570 mixed-income apartments. At least 310 units will be reserved for renters earning less than 60% of the median income in Los Angeles County while another five percent are designated for moderate-income households as reported by LA Business First. The remaining phases are expected to bring even more affordable homes as well as market-rate options according to TCC’s plans.
