SL Green Realty Corp. announced on Monday that they have signed a new 10-year lease with TD Bank for 26,255 square feet at their property located at 125 Park Ave in Midtown Manhattan. This expansion will bring TD Bank’s total office occupancy to 130,057 square feet, fully leasing the Beaux Arts landmark.
According to Steven Durels, EVP and director of leasing and real property at SL Green, “We are thrilled to support TD Bank’s continued growth within our portfolio by facilitating their expansion at 125 Park Avenue.” He also stated that this achievement of full building occupancy is a testament to the strength of the Park Avenue corridor and increasing demand from tenants looking for proximity to Grand Central Terminal.
TD Bank was represented by Robert Alexander, Ryan Alexander, Matthew Saker and Nicole Marshall from CBRE while SL Green was represented by Brian Waterman , David Falk , Pete Shimkin ,and Daniel Levine from Newmark.
