Providence by the Green, a 15,800-square-foot multi-use facility in far north San Antonio overlooking Canyon Springs Golf Course, is currently being developed by WestEast Design Group. The project will feature retail and dining options as well as event spaces.
The developer, based in San Antonio, has designed a three-level structure with floor-to-ceiling windows and seven outdoor terraces providing views of the 12th green on Canyon Springs Golf Club.
According to Community Impact , the first level will house a full-service restaurant along with a coffee shop and an on-site catering service for events such as community cooking classes. The second level will offer private event spaces for rent along with a wine shop and tasting area plus a floral shop. Finally, the third floor is designated for another restaurant and rooftop bar. Construction is expected to be completed by late 2025.
