"Expansive Development Set to Begin at Kaleidoscope Park"

Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, construction finally began on the highly anticipated Kaleidoscope Park and was recently completed last week. This park serves as a precursor to the massive $7 billion Hall Park development.

Located within Hall Park, Kaleidoscope Park is a unique fusion of nature and art for both residents and employees in the area. It is a joint venture between Frisco city and The Hall Group, featuring amenities such as a playground, splash pad, pavilions, performance stage,and North Texas’ largest sculpture – “Butterfly Rest Stop.”

In addition to this stunning park space,the first phase of development at Hall Park includes three new towers: an impressive 16-story Class AAA office tower;a boutique Marriott hotel with 224 rooms;and an upscale residential tower spanning 19 stories.Finally,a grandiose eatery spanning over10 ,000 square feet will also be added to this masterplan.The restaurant,Palato Italian Kitchen & Lounge,is set to open later this year offering authentic Italian cuisine including signature dishes,fresh seasonal menus,and homemade pasta.
