Construction on Kaleidoscope Park, a highly anticipated project, began during the COVID-19 pandemic and recently concluded. The park serves as a precursor to the massive $7 billion Hall Park development.
Located within Hall Park, Kaleidoscope Park is designed to bring together nature and art for both the public and those who live or work in the area. This private-public partnership between Frisco city and Hall Group offers various amenities such as a playground, splash pad, pavilions, performance stage along with North Texas’ largest sculpture – “Butterfly Rest Stop.”
In addition to this park project’s completion last week comes phase one of an extensive masterplan for Hall Park. It includes three new towers: a 16-story Class AAA trophy office tower; boutique Marriott hotel with 224 rooms; luxury multifamily tower spanning 19 stories; plus an eatery covering over 10,000 square feet. Palato Italian Kitchen & Lounge will be opening later this year at this location offering authentic Italian cuisine featuring signature dishes made from seasonal ingredients along with house-made pasta dishes.
