"Developer Considering Mixed-Use Project in Kyle"

A San Antonio developer is planning to build a mixed-use project in Kyle, TX called “The Grove” on 99 acres of land. The project will feature a grocery store and affordable housing options.

Streamline Advisory Partners has chosen the location for the development at 1100 E. Farm to Market Road 150. The community will offer various types of housing, including up to 400 single-family homes or townhomes, around 300 market-rate apartments, and approximately350 affordable units that will be priced below market value for tenants with incomes lower than60% of the region’s median family income.

The commercial space within the development spans over11.5 acres and includes a total area of65,000 square feet.The main attraction in this space is Marigold Market & Cafe,a15,000-square-foot grocery store.Other potential amenities include10.5 acres dedicated toparksand open spacesuch as an indoor meeting space measuring1 ,500 square feet,sport courts,a playground,and evena possible Hays County facility.Additionally,the communitywill also have connections tothe citywide Vybe Trailfor residents’ convenience.
