Arizona Land Consulting recently acquired 600 acres of land in Pinal County, located at the I-10/Florence interchange. The company has plans to develop this property into a mixed-use facility in Casa Grande. Potential uses for the site include build-for-rent, light industrial, data center development, and commercial/retail offerings.
In August of this year, Arizona Land Consulting sold a parcel of land to Tract for $136 million in cash. This transaction was made possible by the company’s initial purchase of the property for $40 million back in 2022.
