Global Holdings has recently announced the rebranding of their Gramercy Park rental building, located at 51 Irving Pl., to Anagram Gramercy. This marks the third residential tower under Global’s Anagram luxury umbrella, with plans for more in the future.
Anagram Gramercy joins two other successful properties under this brand: Anagram NoMad and Anagram Columbus Circle. Both have seen great success, with full occupancy achieved after extensive renovations and a ground-up development project.
Chairman Eyal Ofer explains that this decision was influenced by their previous successes in luxury residential developments such as 15 Central Park West, Greenwich Lane, and 520 Park. The Anagram brand is known for its high-quality offerings and desirable locations where demand and rental prices are at an all-time high. With this new addition to their portfolio, Global Holdings continues to demonstrate their commitment to providing premier residential experiences not just in New York City but also beyond its borders.
