Boston Dynamics has decided to extend its lease at Waltham Research Park in Waltham, MA. The renewed lease will allow Boston Dynamics to continue utilizing their current 23,300-square-foot space within the 240,000-square-foot lab and GMP park. As a company that specializes in developing and deploying advanced robotic technologies, this renewal is crucial for their operations.
Representing the landlord Hillside Associates was R.W. Holmes SVP Arthur Amadei while Matt Siciliano from Colliers and Andrew Majewski from CBRE represented Boston Dynamics.
Amadei expressed his excitement about the renewal stating that it solidifies Waltham Research Park as an ideal location for innovative companies like Boston Dynamics. He also mentioned how pleased he was to have facilitated this process and looks forward to seeing them continue pushing boundaries in robotics and technology within Greater Boston’s area.
