A confidential snack food company has signed a 10-year lease agreement with The Davis Companies at Upton Crossing, an industrial campus located at 38 Upton Dr. in Wilmington, MA. Beginning in the first quarter of 2025, the company will occupy 32,493 square feet of industrial space within the newly developed campus. With this lease agreement, over two-thirds of the campus’ total rentable space of Class A industrial/flex space is now occupied.
According to Cappy Daume, Chief Portfolio Management Officer at Davis Companies: “Upton Crossing’s prime location makes it ideal for companies seeking a state-of-the-art warehouse and distribution center to meet their regional customer demands.” This new lease further demonstrates Davis’ commitment to providing flexible options for tenants and meeting their diverse needs.
The Upton Crossing campus spans more than 37 acres and includes five buildings offering manufacturing facilities as well as research and development spaces. Ownership was represented by Joe Fabiano, James Lipscomb Jordan Yarboro ,and Brian Tisbert from JLL while Bart Anderson and Juliana Fiore from CBRE represented the tenant in this deal.
