Denver developers are looking to tear down one of the area’s largest office buildings and construct a 12-story multifamily community with some retail. Broe Real Estate Group owns the 1970s era building they intend to demolish, recently informing city officials that they plan on constructing a 722,000 square foot structure with 378 residential units in its place. The proposed building would also include 4,000 square feet of retail space, 5,000 for eating and drinking establishments as well as 611 total parking spaces. Amenities at this new rental community will include a pool deck fitness center resident lounge coworking area on the second level along with an impressive rooftop bar.
