Cherry Creek Redevelopment Zoning Approved for East West Group

The City of Denver has granted East West Partners a rezoning approval for their redevelopment plans on a 13-acre property in Cherry Creek. The project will include the construction of shops, restaurants, offices, and housing.

Located at the intersection of East First Avenue and University Boulevard, the current site consists of three commercial buildings and surface parking.
