"Triangle Logistics Portfolio Acquired for $80M by Trinity and Nuveen"

Trinity Capital Advisors and Nuveen Real Estate have recently sold Alexander Commerce Park, a collection of three logistics buildings totaling 441,072 square feet in Raleigh-Durham’s Research Triangle Park. The property was purchased by Prologis for $80.2 million and is fully occupied by four tenants including Upper Deck, Wolfspeed, Wesco, and Running Logistics.

This sale is just one example of Trinity’s active presence in the Triangle region over the past decade. With a total capitalization of $2.2 billion, Trinity has acquired or developed 9 million square feet of office space, industrial facilities,and life science assets such as Eastgate 540 (980k SF),147 Exchange (274k SF),Park Point (645k SF), Spark LS (1.7M SF)and Southport Innovation Center(911KSF).
