Unicorp National Developments Inc. has recently completed the St. Regis Longboat Key Resort & Residences, a 1.1 million-square-foot project situated on a barrier island near Sarasota, Florida’s southwestern beach city. The total cost of the project was $376 million and involved redeveloping the former site of Colony Beach & Tennis Resort.

Spanning 18 acres, this resort and residential complex comprises five six-story buildings with various offerings for guests and residents alike. The hotel boasts 168 guestrooms including luxurious oceanfront suites ranging from one to four bedrooms with separate living rooms, private terraces, and butler service.
