Aritzia, a women’s clothing retailer based in Vancouver, Canada, is increasing its presence in the Chicago area by opening its fifth store at the Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg. The brand has already established itself with stores at Oakbrook Center, Fashion Outlets of Chicago, Old Orchard and Rush Street downtown.
Woodfield Mall is owned by Simon Property Group and boasts over 2.2 million square feet of retail space with nearly 300 stores and restaurants. This year also marks the opening of Velocity Esports – an entertainment center featuring arcade games, console games, billiards and a bar & grill – at Woodfield Mall later this month. Aritzia’s expansion into this market reflects their continued growth not only within Chicago but across the United States as well.
