C.C. Edwards Construction, a Sumner-based civil contractor, will be the first industrial tenant in Tehaleh – a 4,700-acre Brookfield Properties planned community located in the Bonney Lake area of Washington State. The company is set to relocate to a 33,000 square foot space at Tehaleh Boulevard East and Cascadia Boulevard East once construction on their new headquarters is completed in June 2021.
Company founder and owner C.C Edwards stated that “We are building our new headquarters to accommodate growth for the next 25 years” as they have been operating for over 30 years now and this location provides them with ample room for expansion opportunities going forward . The structure will be situated within 112 acres of land dedicated towards light industrial use , office spaces and retail outlets known as Commerce Center – part of 475 acres zoned off specifically for commercial development & employment purposes within Tehaleh itself .
