"Town Center Project Partners Selected by Oldsmar"

Oldsmar, a suburban city in Pinellas County, is planning to sell 8 acres of its city-owned property to a developer for the purpose of creating a mixed-use development. According to the Tampa Bay Business Journal, this town center project will include 250 apartment units, as well as 27,000 square feet of food and retail space and 8,000 square feet of office space.

The chosen developer for this project is Stanbery Development Group from Ohio. They have offered $2 million for the land and negotiations are currently underway with city leaders. Other companies involved in this development team include Baker Barrios Architects, Bohler Engineering,
Rycon Construction and ACRE Commercial Real Estate.
