Project "Two-Building Industrial Project Secured by Overton Moore in Livermore"

OMP, or Overton Moore Properties, has recently completed the acquisition of a 41-acre property in Livermore for an undisclosed amount. The land was purchased from Pleasanton Gravel Company.

The project on this site will be known as OMP Oaks Business Park and will consist of two buildings spanning over 760,000 square feet. This advanced manufacturing and distribution project is already 60% pre-leased to Lam Research and construction is set to begin this month. Invesco Real Estate is OMP’s joint venture partner for this development.

The sale was handled by Colliers’ Michael Lloyd, John Steinbuch, and Greig Lagomarsino who will also serve as leasing brokers for the project. According to Timur Tecimer, Managing Partner of OMP: “After more than five years spent obtaining entitlements and approvals for the site, we are thrilled to finally acquire it.” He also expressed excitement about keeping a great company like Lam Research within the City of Livermore while expanding their presence in Northern California.

Lam Research was represented by Chris Shaffer from Newmark during lease negotiations. The second building at OMP Oaks Business Park spans over 288
