Maverick Commercial Mortgage Funds Construction for Indianapolis Mixed-Use Development

Maverick Commercial Mortgage, Inc. has provided financing for a new construction project led by an Indianapolis developer.

The loan was finalized in just 15 business days after the term sheet was signed. The development will be located near Indianapolis, Indiana and will include a mix of more than 200 residential units, 23,500 square feet of retail space, and approximately 400 parking spots in both a garage and surface lot.

Keystone Group based in Indianapolis is teaming up with the City of Lawrence Mayor’s Office and Fort Harrison Reuse Authority to bring a $70 million mixed-use development to Lawrence. This five-story building on the popular 56th Street corridor will feature luxury apartments as well as commercial space.
