"Creating a Golf Resort Dream in Denver's Outskirts"

Michael and Chris Keiser, the developers of Dream Golf, have a clear vision for their resort – to prioritize golf above all else. Located east of Denver on 4,400 acres of rolling sand dunes and gentle topography, this land is every golf designer’s dream.

Since springtime, Dream Golf has been hard at work creating the Rodeo Dunes golf destination in Weld County. Just a short 40-minute drive from Denver International Airport and an hour from downtown Denver.

The plans for Rodeo Dunes include two public courses – one being a shorter course. The first 18-hole course is set to open in 2026 with hopes that founding members will be able to play it as early as next spring. Designed by Coore & Crenshaw based out of Texas.

Once construction on the initial two courses is complete, additional amenities such as a clubhouse, restaurant and private lodging for up to 50 visiting golfers will be added. With its prime location outside Denver and focus on quality design by renowned designers like Coore & Crenshaw,Dream Golf’s new resort promises to offer an unforgettable experience for avid golfers.
