Traci Schneeman has been chosen as the new Regional Portfolio Manager for Continental Realty Corporation, a real estate investment and management company based in Baltimore. With over 24 years of experience in the multifamily sector, Schneeman previously held the position of Regional Manager at Humphrey Management.
In her new role, Schneeman will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at multiple multifamily communities across Maryland. This includes improving performance metrics such as closing ratios and apartment turn times, conducting on-site assessments to enhance community appearance, providing training and mentorship to team members, and leading on-site teams. She will also attend corporate events and meetings related to on-site operations.
Prior to joining CRC, Schneeman spent more than a decade at Humphrey Management where she managed all aspects of 10 different multifamily communities. Her extensive residential experience also includes working with companies such as Berkshire Property Advisors,
ATB Industries,
Echelon Residential,
and ZOM Residential.
